Claims under Warranty will be honored with an equivalent part only.

All other returns will be charged 30% restocking fee



Exchange Service process


 1)   Following your payment on our web site, you must ship your malfunctioning board using UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or any other shipping service which provides a tracking number, to:

2)   Contact us with the tracking number for your malfunctioning board via email or phone.  


3)   After your tracking number is verified, we will send you a refurbished, tested, and fully functioning replacement board. 




Exchange Service conditions


  • If you do not provide us with a tracking number , then we must wait to receive your malfunctioning board before we can send you a replacement unit.


  • Please do not ship your malfunctioning board inside an envelope. It should be shipped inside a box, and surrounded by at least two inches of cushioning. Be sure to include your order number.


  • This Exchange Service includes a 90 day Replacement Only Return Warranty.
