Here's how our Exchange Service works:
1) Following your payment, you must ship your malfunctioning board to:
You may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or any other shipping service which provides a tracking number.
2) Contact us with the tracking number for your malfunctioning board via email or phone.
3) After your tracking number is verified, we will send you a refurbished, tested, and fully functioning replacement board.
NOTE: If you do not provide us with a tracking number, then we must wait to receive your malfunctioning board before we can send you a replacement unit.Please do not ship your malfunctioning board inside an envelope. It should be shipped inside a box, and surrounded by at least two inches of cushioning. Be sure to include your order number.
IMPORTANT: Do not buy our service if you are not 100% sure that your board is not functioning. If this is the case, then you may send us your board for testing, instead of buying the Exchange Service. Enclose a note saying that you want your board tested, along with a phone number that we can contact. You may also include multiple boards. We will test your board as soon as we receive it, and then contact you with the results. If our testing results show that your board is functioning properly, all you have to pay is shipping costs for returning the item. However, if your board is not functioning, then you may buy the Exchange Service from us and we will send you a refurbished and tested board.
