ll returns REQUIRE AN RMA number to be visible on exterior of package. All parts are tested prior to being shipped out. Damages/DOA items must be reported as soon as your receive the item. In the rare event that AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DOA OR IF A PART IS UNAVAILABLE, the item will be replaced. ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE USED BUT HAVE A 30 DAY PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at  TVParts4less.com If you buy a product and it is not the one you needed, we can only give you credit on the total amount of the product minus shipping cost, after we receive the product back that we sent you. All our products have security marking identifiers on them to help prevent part fraud. We will verify these markings on all RMA items.  
Most products can be returned for a replacement or exchange.
